We are living in a world where everyone is talking about Mental health but also creating problems in the world. Evert second person is jealous of one or another person’s prosperity. So, Raising mental health awareness is crucial for reducing stigma, promoting understanding, and encouraging individuals to seek help when needed.

Here are some practical ways to raise mental health awareness:

  • Education and Information: Provide accurate and accessible information about mental health conditions, their symptoms, and available resources. Distribute educational materials, organize workshops, and use online platforms to share knowledge and increase awareness. The problem is not new to the world but we must help each other to overcome it.
